Role Objective
As an English Teacher, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality English lessons to our team, helping members improve their communication skills, fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence when using English in professional environments.
We are looking for a teacher with real and verifiable teaching experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to different levels and professional needs.
Main Responsibilities
English Teaching: Conduct structured and engaging English lessons for students with different levels of proficiency.
Speaking & Communication: Help students develop their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
Professional English: Teach vocabulary and communication skills relevant to professional and business environments.
Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lessons and practical exercises according to students' needs and objectives.
Progress Monitoring: Track students' development and identify areas that require additional practice or improvement.
Personalized Learning: Adapt teaching methods and materials according to each student's level, learning pace, and specific needs.
Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback and practical recommendations to help students progress consistently.
Profile Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of real and verifiable experience as an English teacher.
Certification: Must have recognized English teaching certification and be able to provide proof of certification and professional experience.




English Level: Excellent English proficiency, preferably at a C1/C2 level or equivalent.
Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching English to adults, preferably in professional or business environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teaching Methodology: Ability to explain concepts clearly and make lessons practical, energetic, and engaging.
Technology: Comfortable using video conferencing platforms, digital teaching tools, and online learning resources.
Soft Skills: Patience, organization, professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Equipment: Own computer and stable, high-speed internet connection.
