We have partnered with a well-established organisation who are seeking an experienced NOC Lead to oversee day-to-day network operations, lead a technical team and ensure the delivery of reliable network and customer services.
They offer a secure, high-performance environment with access to global networks and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily NOC operations, workload allocation and service priorities.
Monitor network, data centre infrastructure and customer services.
Lead major incident management and coordinate technical teams during outages.
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
Lead post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee incidents, requests, changes and maintenance within agreed SLAs.
Provide operational reporting to leadership and participate in CAB activities.
Key Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a NOC or Service Operations setting.
Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Robust understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Solid enterprise networking knowledge across: Routing
