About the role:
We have apart-time position available in Bathurst within ourNDIS Support Services Division . In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and carers seeking support services at Glenray. This role is integral in supporting the NDIS onboarding process in collaboration with operations to ensure a high level of customer service. As part of this team, the successful candidate will also assist with administration and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare accurate quotes and service agreements aligned with NDIS funding
- Renew and track existing participant service agreements
- Guide prospective participants through intake and service options
- Maintain up to date knowledge of NDIS funding and services available
- Develop positive relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strongstakeholder communication
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experiencein a similar role or background in disability support is highly desirable
Note: Our commitment to safety means successful applicants must hold (or are willing to obtain) current Drivers Licence, First Aid, NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
This role requires you to work 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday. By applying for this position you are confirming you are available to work Monday - Friday, 9:0 am - 3:00 pm.
