National Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Voice Pickers to join leading warehouse and distribution centres across Wetherill Park and Western Sydney .

The Role

As a Voice Picker , you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time. Working in a quick-paced warehouse environment, you will use voice-picking technology, RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete daily orders and meet productivity targets.

- Voice picking and order picking using a headset
- RF scanning and barcode scanning
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Meeting daily pick rates, KPIs and productivity targets
- Stock replenishment and inventory organisation
- Sorting and processing returned stock
- Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 months' experience as a Voice Picker or Order Picker




- Experience with RF scanners and barcode scanning
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to complete manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kg
- Reliable transport and the ability to get to Wetherill Park
