Join a high-performing warehouse team where customer service, accuracy and safety are at the heart of everything we do. This role is responsible for picking and fulfilling customer orders, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Picking, assisting and loading customer orders with strong accuracy
- Receiving, storing and packing incoming stock
- Loading/unloading vehicles, trucks and containers
- Conducting stock take, periodic checks and reporting discrepancies
- Secure manual handling and operation of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, tow tugs, forklifts)
- Maintaining a tidy, safe and compliant warehouse
- Assisting with ad-hoc deliveries or pick-ups when required

What we’re looking for:

- 1+ year warehouse/labour experience
- Customer service experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team
- Tech-savvy with devices used for picking and receiving
- Exposure to building or construction industry (advantageous)
