The Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the North Sydney Centre's Home Nursing team on a permanent part time basis. The role provides community-based care to patients in their homes across the lower North Shore, with a 32-hour week.

You will deliver wound care, medication administration, catheter care, continence support and palliative care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure protected, compassionate, person-centred care in the home setting.
