Job Description
Premier Fresh Australia is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead daily farm and shed operations, ensuring production, quality and safety targets are met. You will manage Farm Hands, Shed Hands and Supervisors, coordinating with Growers, Agronomists, HR and external labour providers.

The role requires solid crop management, irrigation, pest control skills and the ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced farming environment. In office work with a focus on WHS and continuous improvement.
