Royal Sydney Golf Club in Rose Bay, NSW, invites applications for a agile Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead daily operations across the Restaurant, Casual Dining and Bar. You will drive exceptional member and guest experiences, mentor a team of up to 20 staff, manage menu offerings and wine service, and ensure pricing and cost controls meet Club standards.

The role is full time with a versatile roster including weeknights and weekends.
