Job Description
Colac Area Health is seeking a Youth Mental Health Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team in a temporary part time capacity. You will assess, treat, and coordinate care for young people aged * with complex mental health needs.
n
You will work within a MDT, delivering evidence-based mental health and AOD care and participate in seven-day rosters and coordinated care planning with families and partner services.
