Building Manager | Premium Residential | West End

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Building Manager to join a premium residential property in Brisbane's Inner City.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across a premium residential developer working as part of an established property services team and reporting to the Property Services Manager.

The Role

- Manage day-to-day operations across two premium residential buildings
- Oversee building services
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors and building works
- Manage resident and owner enquiries professionally
- Conduct regular building inspections
- Maintain high presentation and service standards
- Assist with compliance, safety and operational requirements
- Work closely with the Property Services Manager and wider team
- Gallagher access control/security experience is highly regarded





About You

We’re looking for an experienced Building Manager, Facilities Manager or Property professional with strong experience across building operations, maintenance and contractor management. Experience within premium residential buildings will be highly regarded, along with knowledge of Gallagher systems.

- Monday–Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays for a half day
