Our client, an iconic denim and fashion retail brand with a global presence, is looking for a Store Manager to lead their new store and team and drive commercial success.

This is a rare prospect to join a brand where style, culture, and performance genuinely go hand in hand. You'll lead a team of 6 to 8, own the full store experience, and be the driving force behind sales, service, and visual standards.

About the role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take full ownership of store operations. You'll coach and mentor your team to hit their potential, keep a close eye on the numbers, and bring the brand to life through outstanding customer experience and VM execution.

What you'll do

- Own the pulse of the store and lead with a customer first mindset
- Coach, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential
- Drive weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets
- Oversee rostering, wage management, and store expenses in line with targets
- Manage stock health, deliveries, transfers, and seasonal stocktakes
- Maintain loss prevention and shrinkage in line with expectations
- Oversee recruitment with the support of your Area Manager




- Maintain accurate financial records and cash handling procedures
- Represent the brand by wearing and championing the product

About you

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a retail leadership role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for developing people
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving ability
- A track record of hitting sales targets and managing store performance
- High personal motivation, initiative, and accountability
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A love of denim and fashion retail
