Oxley is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to maintain, repair and improve the kiln car fleet, ensuring protected, efficient production. You will work with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams to keep assets in optimal condition and uphold safety, housekeeping and asset management standards.

Key duties include corrective maintenance, preventive programs, and planning support. A strong welding background and collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.
