The Opportunity
My client is an established founder led property and hospitality group who have been seeing exceptional and consistent growth in recent years. They are undergoing a broad and value add strategy refresh to prime themselves for future expansion

This is a unique role for a like-minded to join a tight-knit and supportive team of quiet achievers, to work on diverse business problem solving and strategy and to see your work make real impact
As part of an internal strategy execution team you'll support varied business improvements projects in driving operational and commercial excellence, as well as manage and contribute to future business strategy and planning
You'll work with data and create financial models for business cases (pricing, tenders), capex and valuation purposes, conduct market analysis and contribute to business strategy,



and assist in evidence-based decision-making
Finally, you will assist in developing project management tools, such as budgets and KPI reports, to track performance and progress
About you
The successful candidate will bring a strong academic track record and tertiary qualifications in related fields such as Finance/Economics/Engineering/Business/HR
We are broadly open to candidates from 2-5 years experience with some demonstrated skills in analysis, financial or data modelling, dashboard building, business cases and/or project management

Candidates from Big 4 consulting, management consulting, advisory or experience working in an Analytical capacity will be highly regarded
