Temporary full time role!**| Workplace Location | Brisbane - South |**About your role**As Principal Project Officer, you will support the planning, delivery and commissioning of complex health infrastructure projects across Metro South Health.* Lead and contribute to complex capital projects from planning through to delivery and commissioning.* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, budgets and governance documentation.* Coordinate critical commissioning activities including operational readiness, testing, relocation, staging and decanting.* Prepare business cases, reports, tender documentation, briefing notes and other high-level project correspondence.* Engage and collaborate with clinical, operational, technical and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.**About you**We are looking for an experienced project professional who can confidently navigate complex environments, manage competing priorities and build solid relationships across multidisciplinary teams.* Demonstrated high-level project management skills across complex projects.* Robust communication, consultation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.* Proven ability to identify risks,

These services enable Metro South Health to continue to expand its scope and capacity of clinical services through facility capital renewals, redevelopment, maintenance activities and lease management.A&I; undertake capital infrastructure renewal planning through to delivery and commissioning,



developing prioritised business cases and delivering on the Metro South Health Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Asset Management and Maintenance Plan (AMMP).
