Hume City Council is seeking a motivated Maternal and Child Health Nurse to join our team on a fixed-term basis across maternity leave cover opportunities. You will deliver health monitoring for children from birth to 6 years, and identify additional services for diverse families while maintaining privacy and accurate records.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will use evidence-based practice, participate in outreach and telehealth as needed, and ensure adherence to Department of Health
