You will possess proven educational,



scholarly research and professional experience and seek to make a solid contribution to the teaching effort within the Institute within the strategic framework of the University and in accordance with its mission. You will be a creative thinker and avid problem-solver, who possesses initiative, innovation, and a can-do attitude.You will possess demonstrated:* commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching with a strong record of teaching experience in a tertiary workplace;* ability to develop and implement a student-centred approach with a focus on student educational experience and success;* experience in academic administration;* ability, commitment and passion for engaging in scholarly research; and* experience in primary literacy education is highly desirable.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
