Requirements & Eligibility

- BachelorofEarlyChildhoodEducationoranACECQA-approvedequivalentqualification
- Minimum12monthsofexperienceinanearlychildhoodeducationsetting
- CurrentWorkingwithChildrenCheckorabilitytoobtainone
- SoundknowledgeoftheEarlyYearsLearningFramework(EYLF)
- UnderstandingoftheNationalQualityStandard(NQS)
- Strongunderstandingofcontemporaryearlychildhoodeducationpractices
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithinacollaborativeteam
