Position Details

Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School is a single stream, co-educational school with an active school community and supportive parent body. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and organised Education Assistant (Special Needs) to join our team of dedicated staff members. Educators at Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School are dedicated to ensuring that every student has a robust sense of belonging to our community. The school motto “UNDER GOD'S PROTECTION” is strongly exemplified in the person, life and teachings of Jesus. The days of work are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Qualifications Required

- Certificate IV is desirable
- Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain this)
- Current WWC
- Applicants must submit a full Curriculum Vitae including a covering letter addressing the selection criteria, with the names and contact numbers of three referees, including the current employer and Parish Priest.
