- LeadanddeveloptheHRandRecruitmentteam
- Driverecruitmentstrategiesfocusedonattractingsuitablyskilledandappropriatelyverifiedcandidates
- Overseecandidatescreening,employmenthistoryverification,skillsandexperienceassessmentsandrecruitmentcompliance
- Manageend-to-endrecruitment,onboardingandworkforcemobilisation
- Supportrecruitmentofinternationalcandidatesandmanagesponsorshipandvisa-relateddocumentationforeligibleemployees
- Partnerwithoperationalleaderstoidentifyworkforceneedsandbuildfuturetalentpipelines
- Maintainstrongrelationshipswithlabourhireprovidersandrecruitmentsuppliers
- Manageonboardingprocessesandensurenewemployeesareappropriatelyintegratedintothebusiness
- Provideadviceonemployeerelations,performancemanagement,investigations,disciplinarymattersandgrievances
- InterpretandapplyAustralianemploymentlegislation,ModernAwards,EnterpriseAgreementsandinternalpolicies
- Monitorrecruitmentperformance,workforcedataandHRmetrics
