You’ll be responsible for:

- Commercial management of MEP subcontract packages from procurement through final account.
- Manage tendering activities, including procurement of subcontract packages and materials.
- Provide robust commercial reporting, cost control, and change management support.
- Identify, manage, and report risks and opportunities to protect project value.
- Prepare advanced financial models and strategic summaries to present commercial performance and risks clearly to C-suite and senior management.
- Drive profitability through value engineering, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support net-zero carbon delivery outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

- Tech-forward mindset with a strong willingness or demonstrated capability to adopt emerging technologies (AI tools, BIM, and emerging construction software) to enhance accuracy and streamline project delivery.
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent qualification.
- MRICS (or equivalent (AIQS)) preferred.
- Strong commercial management, cost control, contract, and reporting capability.




- Collaborative communicator with a commitment to sustainability and client success.
