Citic is seeking a Senior Support Analyst, Trading Applications to join the Global OMS/EMS support team. You will handle L1/L2 requests from the CLSA trading desk, clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges, ensuring smooth operation of OMS/EMS systems.

The role requires 10–12 years in IT with solid OMS/EMS background, exposure to DMA/DSA, and familiarity with tools like Tibco, Solace, Kibana, Grafana, and SQL. You will work across regions and on high-pressure trading floors.
