You will play a key role in delivering excellence in patient care, education, research and service improvement.* Provide advanced clinical leadership across surgical pharmacy services, applying independent professional judgement to complex patients and providing expert advice on urgent and emerging clinical issues.* Lead and support a high-performing pharmacy team, including pharmacists, interns, students and pharmacy support staff, through clinical supervision, mentoring, education, workforce planning and professional development.* Drive innovation and service improvement by developing and implementing evidence-based clinical practices, procedures and models of care that enhance pharmacy services and patient outcomes.#### About you:We are looking for an experienced pharmacist who brings advanced clinical expertise, strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering innovative, patient-centred care.* You demonstrate advanced clinical pharmacy expertise and the ability to independently apply evidence-based knowledge and professional judgement when managing complex clinical situations.* You have solid communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with experience working effectively within complex multidisciplinary environments and supporting positive team outcomes.* You can lead and develop people,
