What you'd do:

- Own intake and first-round markup of investment NDAs and related documents
- Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad-hoc legal tasks
- Set up client workflows, manage portals, and drive contracts through execution
- Deliver commercially sound contract support that balances speed with precision

What they want:

- Two plus years in transactional corporate practice or in-house commercial legal work
- Hands-on experience drafting commercial contracts and investment-related NDAs
- Perform well in high-volume, deadline-driven environments without sacrificing quality
- Apply legal concepts with commercial pragmatism and sound judgment on escalations
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with clients and colleagues
- Take ownership proactively and improve team processes as a self-starter

Nice to have:

- Exposure to private capital, fund structures,



or investor onboarding workflows
- Proficiency with AI contract tools, CLM platforms, and e-signature systems
