The Role
Support Senior Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to current and existing clients. To ensure the qualified and courteous delivery of service to the clients and increase productivity for the Adviser.
Duties and Responsibilities

Build robust client relationships to anticipate future client needs.
n
Manage client service and administrative functions.
n
Onboard recent clients and assist with any ongoing management.
n
Completing all implementation - processing and follow up of applications.
n
Review and assist in improving processes.
n
Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team
n
Assist in month reporting and any ongoing compliance requirements.
n
Skills & Experience
n

n
Minimum 3 years' related experience
n
Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
n
Background in building relationship with clients
n
