The role involves visiting customers' homes four days a week, inspecting current homes, documenting defects, and coordinating trade works to ensure high-quality handovers.
You will coordinate with clients, teams, and contractors, produce transparent reports, and follow up on progress.
A full driver's license and solid customer service are essential for success in this field role.
