- Very small BMC with minor shared facilities

- Well-supported environment

- Opportunity to take ownership of the building and build strong relationships with residents, committees and contractors

About You nn
- 3 - 4+ years’ experience in Building Management
n
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day building operations
n




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong contractor and maintenance management experience
n
- A proactive approach to building presentation, compliance and service delivery
n
- The ambition to develop and progress their career within the industry
n
