Singleton Community Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the team in Newcastle, delivering person‑centred care across clinic and home‑based settings, including immunisations, health assessments and chronic disease management.

You’ll work with GPs and allied health professionals to coordinate care for rural communities, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
