This is a consultative sales roleoffering the opportunity to work autonomously while playing a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.

n
n

This position is a combination of customer service, account management and consultative sales. You'll take ownership of your patients, supporting them across their treatment journey while driving retention, re-enrolment and overall clinic growth.

nAbout the role & responsibilities: n

- Managing and nurturing existing patients throughout their treatment journey
n
n
- Conducting progress reviews and guiding next steps
n
n
- Driving re-enrolments and ongoing engagement
n
n
- Owning follow-ups, conversions, and outcomes
n
n
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations (CRM, payments, scheduling)
n
n

n

- Permanent part time position offering work-life balance with a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule
n

- Weekdays 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

- $60,000 + Super
n
n
- 1% commission on clinic sales OTE $90k
n
n
- Quarterly performance incentives
n

- An autonomous position, work independently and take ownership of your role

- Ongoing training and real career development to a senior sales role
n

- Opportunity to train as a Trichologist through a fully funded internal program post probation

- Experience in consultative sales, retention or customer service

- You are adaptable and able to balance empathy with commercial outcomes

- Clear, confident and engaging communication skills

- Able to build rapport and trust
