Key Responsibilities

n

- Collect, maintain and analyse market data across retail and industrial & logistics sectors
n
- Prepare market reports, presentations and client-ready research material
n
- Support the delivery of quarterly research publications and forecasting
n
- Analyse investment transactions and identify emerging market trends
n
- Partner with Capital Markets and other business lines to gather market intelligence
n
- Respond to ad hoc research requests from internal and external stakeholders
n
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces and industry insights
n
- Continue to improve research systems, databases and processes across the team
n

About You

n

n
- Recently degree qualified in Property or Commerce
n
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability and strong PowerPoint skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and confidently
n
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
- Curious about commercial property markets and keen to build your research career
n
