What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Pick Packer at GoodnessMe, you'll play a hands-on role in getting products out the door and into our customers' hands. Your responsibilities include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using wave picking methodology
- Preparing and dispatching orders on time to meet delivery schedules
- Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock safely
- Supporting regular stock counts and keeping inventory records up to date
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse in line with WHS standards

- Positive, can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm




- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, high-volume warehouse setting
- Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to 25kg
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS (Wave/Batch picking preferred)
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices for inventory management
- Forklift licence is a plus

Additional Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete a background and police check. You must also have the right to work in Australia.
