About the role

Supaflow Engineering is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking fulltime Factory Hand to join our team in Meadowbrook, Queensland. As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, contributing to the efficient and quality production of our industry‑leading products. Forklift license essential.

What you’ll be doing

Operating a variety of machinery and equipment to perform tasks.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and secure work environment by following all safety protocols

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties as required

Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the manufacturing process

Willing to learn and be trained to become a Plastic Injection Moulder

What we’re looking for

Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production workplace

Basic understanding of assembly techniques and the operation of various tools and machinery

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

Good communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
