Are you a motivated professional with a passion for recoveries and claims management? Due to continued growth, Procare Group is seeking an enthusiastic Recoveries Specialist to join our team-oriented, supportive, and hardworking team in Hamilton, Brisbane.

This full-time role is perfect for someone with experience in loss adjusting, property, or motor claims recoveries, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to make an impact.

nKey Responsibilities n

As a Recoveries Specialist, your day‑to‑day duties will include:

n
n

n
n
- Managing the end‑to‑end recoveries process within a portfolio of claims.
n
n
- Effectively and efficiently communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
n
n
- Negotiating the recovery of claims (both insured and uninsured) to maximise recovery potential.
n
n




- Driving timely recovery of funds while maintaining a client‑focused approach.
n
n
- Accurately recording and managing work through relevant systems and processes.
n
n
- Providing ad‑hoc administrative and team support as required.
n
n

nAbout You n
n

We are looking for a talented communicator and proactive team player who has:

n
n

n
n
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
n
n
- Background in commercial property and liability claims management (preferred).
n
n
- Experience in motor vehicle claims (desirable but not essential).
n
n
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
n
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
n
- Outstanding negotiation skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
n
n
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
n
n
- Knowledge of legal and court processes (advantageous).
n
n
- Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
n
n
