Job Description

The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager for Foley House in Footscray, VIC. This fixed-term full-time, on-site role reports to the Homelessness Manager and supports residents facing homelessness and complex challenges. The position runs until December 2026, with compensation as per the SCHADS Award - Level 5.

You will work in a team-oriented team providing person-centred support to improve health, wellbeing and independence, ensuring dignity and positive outcomes for residents.
