We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Cranebrook in June , and we’re looking for an experienced Head Cook to help build, train and lead the kitchen team that will bring our food to life.

As a Head Cook, you’ll be trusted to:

- Build and lead a brand-new kitchen team , supporting the restaurant leadership team with hands‑on training before the restaurant even opens.
- Set the standard for food quality, speed and consistency from day one, ensuring every dish reflects GYG’s bold flavours and fresh ingredients.
- Support the full restaurant opening , including prep, training, operational readiness and opening execution.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth operations, solid communication and a positive team culture.
