We have an excellent opportunity for aPart-Time, Customer Service Representative , located in Huntingwood, NSW. The role is 3 days per week: Monday to Thursday, flexible.

Duties:

Processing of sales orders received via telephone and electronically

Ensuring KPI’s and targets are met

Maintaining contact with customers from order through to delivery - especially if there are any delays in supply or shipping

Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

Keeping in touch with existing customers, advising of product promotions and sales

Providing administration support to the sales team

Assisting in marketing activities

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service setting

Previous experience in the pet, vet or animal industries advantageous

Ability to multitask whilst working to strict deadlines

High level of attention to detail

Maintain a strong and positive ‘can do’ attitude

High level of communication skills and rapport-building ability over the telephone

Strong work ethic, integrity and service orientation

Very driven and motivated
