Roofxpro is seeking a part-time Accounts Admin & Invoice Follow-Up specialist to join our growing team in Prestons, NSW. This role is vital to maintaining our financial administration processes and ensuring timely payment collection. You will work part-time, offering flexibility whilst providing essential support to our accounts department. This position plays a key role in keeping our business operations running smoothly and maintaining positive client relationships through professional invoice management.

What you'll be doing

Processing and managing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to clients

Following up on outstanding invoices and coordinating payment collections

Maintaining detailed records of accounts receivable and payment status

Preparing invoices and statements for clients in accordance with company procedures

Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies or issues requiring resolution

Liaising with clients regarding payment queries and resolving billing disputes

Updating and maintaining the accounts system and supporting documentation

Providing administrative support to the accounts team as required

Assisting with general office administration and data entry tasks

What we're looking for

Proven experience in accounts administration, invoicing or a similar administrative finance role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Professional approach to client interactions and dispute resolution





Numeracy skills and accuracy in handling financial data

Reliability and commitment to meeting the requirements of a part-time position

A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
