Key Responsibilities
- Takeownershipofpreventativemaintenanceprogramsacrossamodernagriculturalmachineryfleet
- Inspect,diagnose,andrepairtractors,harvesters,sprayers,trucks,andsupportequipment
- Completemechanicalfaultfindingandprovideeffectivesolutionstominimiseoperationaldowntime
- Carryoutscheduledservicing,componentreplacements,andmachineryupgrades
- Respondtourgentfieldbreakdownsandcompletemobilerepairsduringpeakfarmingperiods
- Maintainaccuratemaintenancerecordsandequipmentservicehistory
- Manageworkshoporganisation,tools,partsinventory,andrepairsystems
- Workcloselywithfarmoperatorsandmanagementtoimprovemachineryperformance
- Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttootherteammemberswhenrequired
- Assistwithmaintaininghighsafetyandoperationalstandardsacrossthefarmingoperation
Requirements & Eligibility
- QualifiedDieselMechanicordemonstratedequivalentindustryexperience
- Provenexperiencemaintainingheavymachinery,agriculturalequipment,trucks,orsimilarassets
- Strongdiagnosticabilitywithconfidencetroubleshootingcomplexmechanicalissues
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtakeresponsibilityformaintenanceoutcomes
- Reliableworkapproachwithflexibilityduringbusyagriculturalseasons
- Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkeffectivelywithinateamenvironment
- Commitmenttosafety,qualityworkmanship,andcontinuousimprovement
