St Vincent's Hospital Sydney is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide 24/7 care, support, and supervision for residents in a safe setting. You will work with the Homeless Health Service to improve health outcomes, develop care plans and refer services while maintaining records within a harm-minimisation framework.

Location: Homeless Health Sydney, NSW, AU. This role focuses on compassionate, community-based support and collaboration with partners to promote resident participation
