About the Role

Walker is looking for a senior, hands‑on E-commerce & Digital Growth Lead to own our direct-to-consumer channel across Australia, the US and the UK .

Our founder has been at the centre of e-commerce and digital for years — planning, paid media, CRO, CRM, creative direction and performance recovery. As they step back from day-to-day trading, we need one accountable owner to run this channel end-to‑end.

This is not a platform‑operator role. You'll be the internal digital authority: you diagnose problems, build the plan, brief the team, execute personally where it counts, and report back on results — without needing the founders to hand you the strategy.

What You’ll Own

Commercial planning — annual/rolling forecasts by country, translated into monthly, weekly and daily targets

Trading management — daily performance across AU/US/UK: revenue, ad spend, MER, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase, contribution margin

Paid acquisition — personally run Meta and Google Ads: structure, budgets, audiences, bidding, creative deployment, tracking, feeds, daily optimisation

Performance creative — research what's working, spot fatigue and content gaps, write exact creative briefs, direct the marketing/creative team

Shopify & CRO — merchandising, promotions, product setup, landing pages, bundles, conversion optimisation

CRM & retention — own Klaviyo strategy, lifecycle flows, campaigns, segmentation

Reporting & leadership — daily visibility, weekly trading reviews, monthly commercial reporting; lead cross‑functional delivery and reduce founder dependency

About You

5–8+ years in e-commerce, online trading, digital growth or performance marketing

Direct, hands‑on (not delegated)



ownership of a Shopify‑led DTC channel — ideally at a similar or greater revenue scale

Expert practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads

Strong Shopify/CRO and Klaviyo/lifecycle experience

Comfortable with GA4, Ads Manager, Merchant Center and spreadsheets

A track record of diagnosing e-commerce underperformance and fixing it — not just reporting on it

Confident, clear communicator who can present a plan to founders without being told what the plan should be

Able to work locally from our Currumbin, QLD office alongside founders, marketing, creative, product, ops and finance

International (AU/US/UK) e-commerce experience highly regarded, as is background in apparel, footwear, fashion, golf, lifestyle, beauty or another brand‑led consumer business
