Mission Australia is seeking a Wellbeing Support Worker to assist residents on their recovery journey at Djindigal (Healing Place), near Mareeba. The role is casual, offering day, afternoon and occasional sleepover shifts, and involves promoting wellbeing, independence and a supportive workplace.
You will work as part of a small team, delivering activities, coaching and trauma-informed care to help residents achieve recovery goals while complying with safety and employment checks.
