Job Description

Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Business Director for Bone Health to lead the regional sales team, translate national strategy into local execution, and drive performance across Territory Managers in a remote setup.

You will coach approximately 12 managers, manage budgets, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, patient-focused commercial activity in a high-touch therapeutic market. Travel up to 75% is anticipated.
