Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + superannuation

n We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Growth & Commercial team and play an important role in how we connect with prospective, current and future families.
n This is a hands-on opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys creating engaging content, building meaningful communication journeys and delivering campaigns that drive real results.
About the role

n Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, Technology & Commercial , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering
n communications across the family lifecycle.
n You will work closely with Centre Managers, Enrolments Officers and the wider Growth & Commercial team to strengthen family engagement, support enrolment growth, improve retention and build strong community connections.
What you'll be responsible for

- Develop and manage communication journeys for prospective, enrolled and existing families
n
- Create engaging content across email, social media and digital channels
n
- Develop campaigns that support centre growth, occupancy and family engagement
n
- Manage automated communication and nurture journeys
n
- Use Klaviyo,



LineLeader and Owna to deliver timely and personalised family communications
n
- Support centre events, community activities and local engagement initiatives
n
- Promote centre achievements, stories and successes
n
- Strengthen Bright Steps Academy's presence within local communities
n
- Maintain a consistent Bright Steps tone of voice across all family touchpoints
n
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Work collaboratively with Centre Managers, Enrolments Officers and the Growth & Commercial team
n

What we're looking for
n
nWe are looking for a confident and creative communicator who understands how great communication can build relationships, increase engagement and contribute to growth.n
You will ideally have:
n

n
- 3+ years' experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement or community engagement
n
- Experience developing and managing customer communication programs and journeys
n
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
n
- Experience across email, social media and digital communication channels
n
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation or customer communication platforms
n




- Strong project management and organisational skills
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
n

Experience within childcare, education, health or community-based organisations will be highly regarded.n
nA qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field is desirable, however equivalent professional experience will also be considered.n
