Your Role
n You will produce high-quality Accident & Health claims outcomes through prompt, qualified engagement with customers and brokers, while effectively investigating, reserving and adjusting claims in line with Chubb standards.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage a portfolio of Accident & Health claims from lodgement through to resolution.
n
- Assess claims in line with Chubb service, quality and compliance requirements, including coverage assessment, reserving, payments and customer updates.
n
- Communicate clearly with brokers, claimants, underwriters and internal stakeholders via phone and written correspondence.
n
- Support claims management activities including escalations, emergency assistance cases, service provider coordination, audits and training.
n

What You’ll Bring nn
- Previous relevant claims or insurance experience.
n
- Investigation, negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
n
- Sound understanding of insurance contracts, legal/regulatory requirements and damage or loss evaluation.
n
