About You

Do you enjoy a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team?

If so, a casual position in our Dungog Norco AgriSolutions retail store could be right for you.

n

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible casual work, with shifts offered on an as-needed basis to support our busy retail store.

n

Your Day-to-Day Activities May Include:

n

n

n
- Assisting customers with their rural product needs, providing friendly customer service and processing sales transactions.
n
- Merchandising and presenting the store to a high standard.
n
- Assisting with stock receipting, replenishment, dispatch and stocktakes.
n
- Safely operating a forklift and handling products.
n
- Loading customer vehicles.
n
- Delivering products to customers when required.
n
- Preparing customer quotes and assisting with product enquiries.
n
- Working closely with your teammates to support the day-to-day operation of the store.

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Driver's licence essential.
n
- Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
n
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays, as required.
n
- HV licence highly regarded.
n




- A genuine interest in agriculture, rural products and customer service.
n
- Experience in retail, warehousing, customer service or a similar hands-on environment.
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
n
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a small, supportive team.
n
- Sound computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft applications.
n
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling and lifting tasks.
n
- A strong commitment to safety and protected work practices.
n
- Knowledge of livestock, pasture, farming inputs or the rural sector would be advantageous.
