#### Aged and Disabled CarersMelbourne, VIC 3000Full Time#### Job descriptionOur clients are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Carers / Support Workers to join a growing aged care and disability support team in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide daily personal care and emotional support to clients* Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities* Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life* Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members* Provide care to participants with high support needs* Perform bowel care and enemas where requiredRequirements:* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)



or equivalent qualification* Fluent English communication skills* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check* Current First Aid Certificate* Working with Children Check (WWC)* Demonstrated experience with bowel care and enemas (mandatory)* Strong experience providing personal care to participants with high support needs* Compassionate, patient, and qualified attitude* Ability to work independently and within a team environmentVisa Sponsorship: Employer sponsorship may be offered to suitable candidates who meet the following English requirements:* IELTS Overall 6.0, or* PTE Academic 65If you are passionate about caring for others and looking for long-term career opportunities in Australia, we would love to hear from you.
