2. Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Centralcertification and Employee Central module

3. Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors ECPayroll implementations

4. Design, configure and maintain payrollcomponents including; wage types, advantages integration, deductions, off-cycleactivity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting

Experience in configuring UI mashups,Payroll Control Center

n

7. Configure and maintain all wage types anddetermine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibilityrules

n

8. Lead and manage payroll workstream tocontribute to the overall project success

n

9. Experience with gap analysis and strategicroadmap/blueprint development

n

10. Understanding of Time Off rules,configurationof Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets

n

11. Strong executive presence and ability tointeract with Customer Top Management

n

12. Experience in handling incidents and wellversed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

13. Experiencein proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvementareas.
