You will provide personal care, prompting, cognitive support, insulin administration, glucose monitoring, diabetic meal planning, and 1:1 community access and transport, with de-escalation and accurate shift notes.

The role requires adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and a compassionate approach to delivering person-centered care.
