Job Description

Kingston City Council is seeking a part-time Strategic Engagement & Communication professional to connect residents with services and programs from the Strategic Communications and Engagement team. This hybrid role combines office work with WFH flexibility and requires a creative, organized communicator.

Responsibilities include developing campaigns, advising on messaging, and coordinating across departments for major projects. A relevant degree and PR/engagement experience are preferred.
