The role

As the first point of contact for the firm, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.

You will:

- Meet and greet a wide range of visitors including clients, barristers and solicitors
n
- Manage ahigh volume of incoming callswith confidence and professionalism
n
- Direct enquiries efficiently and accurately
n
- Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
n
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and care, particularly when dealing with clients during difficult times
n

About you

You'll be well presented, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You will also bring:

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

- Proven ability to handlelarge call volumes
n
- Strong customer service experience

- A compassionate, empathetic and skilled approach

- The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
