You’ll create a professional yet approachable retail experience, develop a supportive team and build lasting customer relationships through styling, service and attention to detail.

About you:
You're an energetic and commercially minded retail leader who genuinely enjoys people. You'll bring strong store operational experience, styling and visual merchandising skills, while confidently coaching your team and building loyal customer relationships. Organised and self-motivated, you take ownership, keep learning and lead from the front.

Responsibilities will include:

- Lead, coach and motivate a customer-focused store team
- Build repeat business through genuine service and styling
- Drive sales, store performance and commercial outcomes
- Own VM, stock processing, stocktakes and store standards




- Take pride in your store and confidently manage daily ops

Successful applicants will have:

- Proven retail leadership and strong core retail operations background
- A genuine passion for styling and consultative customer experiences
- Strong VM skills and experience with an eye for presentation and detail
- Excellent communication and demonstrated relationship-building skills
- Autonomous leader, committed to developing a great team and culture
